This month marks Mental Health Month in Australia, with an increasing number of people recognizing the importance of mental well-being. Many overseas Chinese and international students often face considerable psychological stress and cross-cultural challenges while adapting to a new environment. Understanding and taking care of our mental health is not just our responsibility, but also a commitment to our family and friends. In light of this, the Australia-China Scholar Network cordially invites Dr. Han Jin to present this special lecture on mental health. Our hope is to provide an opportunity for everyone to understand, care for, and nurture their inner world. We aim to equip attendees with practical methods and resources so that they, and those around them, can find direction and courage when faced with uncertainties and pressures.
